The word dependence often gets a bad rap. Especially in America, we can place more value on independence and self than we do on dependence and the collective. This can be a problem. At some point, we all get to the limit of our own will and skill level. This is as it should be.
Understanding the value of community, doubling down on our own talents, and utilizing other’s natural gifts is a powerful formula for serving both self and community. If you are someone who has reached a stuck point and recognizes that to move forward you need an outside perspective, coaching may be for you.

Dear Friend,
I have offered coaching to many women over the years in the areas of life and business.
My education has been both informal and formal with undergraduate and masters degrees in finance. My professional endeavors have been extensive, working for years in casino accounting management, as an internal auditor, as corporate controller, as Chief Operations Officer of an electronics manufacturing company, and as a regional vice president in a direct sales and marketing business. I have been a leader and a follower, observing excellence and mediocrity. I have been driven and goal focused and experienced burnout and fatigue. I have lived the ups and downs of life and experienced the challenges of work-home prioritizing. My best lessons have come from failures that pointed me in a new direction, making me stronger and more resilient. My best successes have involved helping others to enjoy light bulb moments.
I have served in leadership capacities as a volunteer in my church, schools, and community organizations. In these real-world places, I have learned and practiced both soft and hard skills. I have also been the recipient of fantastic life and business coaching over the years.
Utilizing each of these experiences, I listen, ask the right questions, and help you to understand your desired outcomes, then create an actionable plan to achieve results.
