Books

Do you think of a good book or a character as a “friend”? Books have always been a friend to me.  During some of the lonely days in my childhood, I could spend time with the “families and friends” inside the pages of a book.  Stories help me to understand people, learn about new places or topics, and grow in empathy.

As an avid reader, I read more than 100 books a year and want to share some of my favorites with you.

Happy reading, Beauty!
